We are dedicated to musical excellence, precision, and collaboration. Our musicians not only bring technical mastery, but creative insight, adaptability, enthusiasm and a deep understanding of the recording process.

LRO has evolved out of the intensely personal and Trusted contracting process of Hilary Skewes Ltd. Our fixers are part of this creative journey; a magical process of experimentation that can feel like alchemy - a creative fusion that brings together the right musicians, at the right moment, to realise a musical vision.

We work closely with each production and composer, tailoring every detail to the project’s artistic, musical and budgetary needs, scale, and schedule.
